I skipped the Ewha book today (remember I was going to be using ewha 2-1 the whole day) and kind of went for online materials I don’t know why they were just so much more ‘entertaining’ for me.

I was just in the mood of staring at a tablet versus staring at textbooks the whole day, with the exception of Korean Grammar in Use (I link this too often but here it is /shameless) because I love that books its just so chock-a-block of information. Can’t get enough of it.

I need to purchase the Advanced one pretty soon, if I keep up with my pace. Haha. Lets pray I keep it up :3

Back to the online stuff I was using, ttmik, I know I sometimes just never bother with ttmik products/materials because I am an idiot (urm…maybe I shouldn’t have written that :/)

Using level 5 today – and I mean today because I am almost done with the entire season. And I understand it all, was able to skip a few namely the :- ~ㄹ 뻔 했다, ~나 보다, ~(으) 려고 하다, ~으니까!!!

I already studied those. Know how to use them in conversation, writing, and blah etc you know (?)

And I don’t know how many I’ll skip after that since I have like *thinks*  about 12 lessons before I am done with the complete season/level ….urgh I dunno what to call it actually lmao. Don’t judge me.

haha, okay that about is all I need to say. I can go back to studying, or rather shall i say having fun studying. I wanted to update every time I learnt something today but that would have resulted in about 7 posts ><

I’ll do a consolidated post at the end of the day, maybe.

  1. The number of online materials available for Korean is amazing. I’ve always found it easier to find free Korean materials vs Japanese haha. By the way, did you ever get to use the Ewha workbook? I’m still thinking about going back and getting the workbooks for the textbooks I already have to reinforce what I learn, but I’m still not sure. XD

    1. You are so right! Never really look for Japanese stuff but Chinese is easy to come by but the quality sucks beyond belief Korean on the other hand has like a quality check lol. As for the Ewha workbooks I tried to use them but they are very boring, and rigid, I’ve actually only written in one answer apart from that it remains unused and I don’t recommend you waste your money buying it! Maybe I’ll change my mind of them but as of now, no, I think they are a waste we can all easily reinforce what we learn just by using lang-8 which is free doesn’t cost 20$ compared to the Ewha workbooks. XD

      1. Haha, I see. Thanks! I’m gonna stick to my original plan of reinforcing what I learn with the light activities in the text and then doing journal entries and listening to radio shows. Free and effective! 😀
