Activities seem to help stress, and heartache

I’m having a lot of heartache and guilt as I type this, it’s 7:05 in the morning, cold, not the best weather for a family to be in, but that’s the situation that family is in! And it breaks my heart so much, the only way I can stop thinking, and feeling guilty is by doing certain activities that are “strenuous”

For me activities that are strenuous are, exercising, always hard, but always rewarding, it gives me a burst of energy in the long run, but initially it makes me too tired to think about anything. Basically how I want to feel. 

Korean is another activity that is /sorta strenuous, I have to think, I have my notebook, textbooks, and reference books already out on the dining table, need to work this feeling of being ashamed and guilty off.

I JUST DON’T KNOW HOW.

There’s at least one benefit to feeling like this, I’m forced to study, or exercise really hard to make myself feel better. I know these methods work, I just wish I didn’t feel like this!!!!!!!!!!!

아휴.

Another thing, was looking through Korean news articles (celeb) and I came across this adorable picture of Orange Caramel’s Nana (나나) which I just have to share!

Oh thanks to the person that recommended It’s Okay, It’s Love (괜찮아, 사랑이야), it ended two days ago (11th) so I’m glad, really glad, that I can marathon all episodes because it actually seems to be a pretty good drama (:
