today I landed up tagging with my mum to a place called #LongChen its a massive Chinese shopping mall ^^ and I saw the most adorable notebooks I have ever seen in my life and they were cheap as hell hehe! ^^ Couldn’t resist had to buy a few and I got three different types.

Purple one (big) cost $4 ; the next 3 are the same type regular thick A5 books and they were $2 see super cheap and the paper quality omg is amazing, I am certain that my felt tip pens won’t bleed through ^^ like most of my other notebooks that leave me having to use a regular ballpoint (which I hate since I can’t find super fine .04mm ballpoints around here ;; recommend some if you know where to get online) or a pencil which I love using now so I guess it doesn’t matter u^u

This last one a spiral bound regular A5 notebook and I love love love that face on the notebook its just so cute to me >.< I dunn really want to use this one because its absolutely adorable (aww….I am totally head over heals for a notebook) this one was also super cheap just $3 and I didn’t even pick this one my mum did <3
One thing I love about the first 4 notebooks is the fact that those covers have a soft gel-like feel so its really nice on your hands – when I get some more money soon I will go back and buy the more expensive ones. they had ones that were $6 not very thick but the layout and the shape of the notebooks were very nice! almost perfect for Korean notes actually hehe
The last one is rough because it has like diagonal grains on the cover which is a clear/transparent pink colour and although it can land up giving you pins and needles if you keep running your fingers on it still very nice >.<

Those notebooks look lovely! 😀 I can’t wait to find good quality ones for cheap near me. I love Kinokuniya, but everything is pricey there (being imports and all).
Scared to use them lol 🙂 these are imports too but I guess its a bulk import so they can make it cheaper ~

Yeah, Kinokuniya is a Japanese bookstore. It’s filled with textbooks, novels, stationery, magazines, phone charms, San-X items, plushies, Japanese fabrics, origami paper, manga (original and translated), CDs, and I know the NYC one has a fashion/art section (mainly American I believe) and a mini cafe. I go there for almost all my books. For novels, however, Book Off is the best because it’s cheap and I’m cheap. XD
Oh. Finally I know what the place is HAHA thanks 😉 never could figure it. Sounds like a nice place though I could hang out there for a few hours….on the floor looking through millions of books #heaven ♥♥
Haha, sometimes I just walk in the store when I’m in the area and look around because of all the books.
By the way, for 0.4mm ballpoint pens, jetpens.com is good. They have lots of Japanese stationery there. My favorite is the uni-ball signo 0.38mm. 😀 Slightly under 0.4, but I don’t notice it that much. Zebra sarasa clip was my favorite but it runs out too soon for me. OTL
